We are so looking forward to the new V2 of UppaBaby’s popular Vista and Cruz strollers. Once again the Boston-based company has upped the ante with new features and a sleeker design with this new stroller duo. The Vista V2’s upgrades include most notably a no-rethread harness, a full size reversible toddler seat with a higher back and deeper footrest, enhanced all-wheel suspension. Another great thing on the accessories side with the V2, is that you no longer have to put adapter on adapter when in double mode and using a non-Uppa Car seat. With the 2019 and earlier, you’d combine both the upper adapter (that’s the “spacer”) with the Maxi Cosi car seat adapter, if you were to affix a MC compatible seat. Now there’s one adapter that with both space the seat and connect to the car seat! This makes for a much less clunky travel solution!

The Cruz V2 has even more pronounced differences than the previous version. It has better suspension – what they call dual action suspension and rear suspension (we can’t wait to try it on the city streets!), the bigger toddler seat as well as the no-rethread harness. The front and rear tires, and an even smaller fold. The Cruz V2, like before, doesn’t come with the bassinet, though you can purchase one separately should you need one.  For us this is all about the new suspension. It’s been our one reservation on this stroller over the years, as it wasn’t as smooth on the city streets. Cheers to UppaBaby for upgrading this important feature!

They’ve consolidated their blues with the latest versions, remaining just with the Gregory (the Henry, William and Taylor are all discontinued.) We’re left with the popular mélange blue as well as a teal blue called “Finn”. Other newbies to the lineup are Hazel (olive), Alice (light pink), Sierra (dune).
